About Me
Counselling was always an obvious career choice for me: I've always liked helping people and forming connections based on trust and respect. I am a good listener, who is honest yet empathetic and sensitive to others.
I have lived experience with Disability and chronic illness, and I use a wheelchair full-time. My practice is named “Include Counselling” because I wanted it to be as inclusive as possible to people. I am currently in the process of learning BSL in honour of this ethos. I also consider myself to be an ally of the LGBT+ community.
